Ask a Legal QuestionCategory: Medical MalpracticeCan I sue a doctor for a wrong diagnosis?
Anonymous asked 3 years ago

My father was having weakness in his legs and arms. The doctor did an MRI and concluded everything looked fine. Days later, half of my father’s body was paralyzed. A second opinion showed he was having a stroke and that the MRI had in fact indicated this. His current bad condition could have been prevented. Can I sue the doctor for a wrong diagnosis?
